Anyone above the age of 18 can use the cryo chamber alone. Young people aged 15 & 16 can Use our cryo chamber IF THEY ARE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN.ARENT OR GUARDIAN.
Slots are 30 minutes long to take in to account time for a consultation and to get changed before your 3-minute session in the cryo chamber.
Men should wear warm socks, shorts, and footwear that covers your toes. Females are to wear a swimming costume or shorts and sports bra/Gym Vest, plus warm socks. You will be provided with thermal headband, face mask and gloves and slippers.
All jewellery, and piercings must be removed prior to using the cryo chamber.
No. Cryo Chambers are not suitable for pregnant women or when breastfeeding.
Clitheroe Cryo is located inside Clitheroe Leisure Centre, off Chatburn Road. Clitheroe BB7 2AS. Turn in to the cricket ground and follow the road round to the left. There is free parking outside.
No. Cryo Chambers are not suitable for people with some pre-existing medical conditions. Please read the contraindications before booking your slot.
